We guarantee each puppy to be a full-blood puppy, able to register with CKC, of whom we are in good standing. Upon execution of this contract, the seller does hereby convey title and interest of puppy to the buyer.

Our family at RonniesRuffers has made every effort to supply you with a healthy, quality puppy. We guarantee that all shots and dewormings are current in accordance with the age of the puppy. Our puppies are of pet quality. We make no guarantee that our puppies may or may not have faults which could make it unsuitable for showing or breeding.

It is the buyers responsibility to take the puppy to their Certified and Licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of assuming ownership of the puppy. If possession were to take place on a holiday weekend, in which there will not be a veterinarian available within the 72 hour time frame, we will provide an additional 24 hours to have the puppy examined.

If the puppy is found to have a life threatening congenital defect or health problem at this exam, a replacement puppy or a purchase price refund will be given, the choice of the breeder. This is provided the buyer contact RonniesRuffers within 24 hours of the exam, and the puppy is promptly returned to RonniesRuffers with a signed statement from the Certified Veterinarian stating the defect or problem. If such defect or problem were to be found, it is the buyers responsibility to return the puppy to RonniesRuffers including all paperwork and documentation given at the time of purchase. Under no circumstances will RonniesRuffers be responsible for any veterinarian or medical bills incurred.

RonniesRuffers will not be responsible for illness or health problems which are diagnosed after this 72 hour period. We will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona virus after 72 hours of sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and can be transmitted immediately after leaving our care.

This guarantee is valid to the original purchaser only, upon transfer of this puppy to another person this agreement becomes null and void.  In any event, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of transporting the puppy back to the breeder.
